Dosage
NEWBORN FOALS (Less than 24 hours old)
During Intestinal Disturbance: Administer 30cc Bio-Sponge® Paste 2-3 times daily no earlier than 6 hours after foal first nurses or as directed by veterinarian. Discontinue 1 day after intestinal disturbance resolves.*
Prevention of Intestinal Disturbance: Administer 5-15cc Bio-Sponge® Paste no earlier than 12 hours after the foal first nurses. Administer twice daily for 4-5 days or as directed by veterinarian.
FOALS
During Intestinal Disturbance:: Administer 30cc Bio-Sponge® Paste 2-3 times daily or as directed by veterinarian. Discontinue use 1 day after intestinal disturbance resolves.*
ADULT HORSES (Based on 1,000 lb horse)
Chronic Intestinal Disturbance: Administer 120cc Bio-Sponge® Paste twice daily or as directed by veterinarian.*
Chronic (mild-moderate) Colitis/ Enteritis: Administer 120cc Bio-Sponge® Paste 2-3 times daily or as directed by veterinarian.*
