No returns after 14 days. Please call for authorization within 48 hours of receiving your order before returning any merchandise. Items must be returned in new condition.  Used or damaged/opened packages will not be accepted for return. Any items returned without authorization will not be given a refund.  Once authorization is received, please ship merchandise back to Northwest Vet Supply via UPS or Parcel Post. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.  We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages so please insure your package and keep the tracking information in case package should be lost.

Some items are subject to a 25% restocking fee, so please ask if this fee applies to you when discussing your return.  Shipping charges are not refundable.  Federal Law mandagtes vaccines and other biologicals, items used for injection, and items requiring refrigeration are non-returnable. Special Order and Drop Ship products are non-returnable.


If the package becomes damaged during transit, please refuse the package and contact us immediately so we can file a claim and reship the product to you. If you discover damage that was not visible upon acceptance, or notice a shortage, call us within 24 hours so we can correct the problem. Please keep the original container and the damaged product until insurance claims have been cleared. We will gladly issue a credit, refund or replacement for items returned to us.
