Cavalry 9 50ds

Merck - This is the broadest protection against clostridial infections currently on the market.

$51.99
Quantity

As a 7-way vaccine for healthy beef and dairy cattle, it promotes a low-volume dosage requirement and strong immune response, which minimizes injection site reactions and stress to the animals. Cavalry 9 protects against disease caused by Clostridium chauvoei (blackleg), Cl. septicum (malignant edema), Cl. novyi (black disease), Cl. sordellii (sord or gas gangrene), perfringens (Types C & D), Cl. haemolyticum (redwater) and Cl. tetani (tetanus). It also cross-protects against Clostridium perfringens Type B.

Immunity is also provided as an aid in the prevention of diseases caused by the beta and epsilon toxins of an additional organism, C. perfringens Type B. Although C. perfringens Type B is not a significant problem in North America (US), immunity is derived from a combination of Type C (beta) and Type D (epsilon) C. perfringens fractions.
