For E. coli, protection was shown when the first dose of vaccine was given as early as 6 months prior to calving.Â

Anaphylactoid reactions may occur. Antidote: Epinephrine.
60-day slaughter-withhold.
INSTRUCTIONS
2 ml injected subcutaneously 3 months prior to calving followed by a second 2-ml injection 3 to 6 weeks later.
For subsequent calvings, revaccinate with a single 2-ml dose 5 to 7 weeks before calving.
