The FLEXcombo® package contains one bottle of Ingelvac CircoFLEX® and one bottle of Ingelvac MycoFLEX®. The Ingelvac MycoFLEX® is supplied in a headspace bottle (HSB) with extra capacity for the purpose of convenient mixing with Ingelvac CircoFLEX.

For vaccination of healthy, susceptible swine 3 weeks of age or older as an aid in the prevention of lymphoid depletion, inflammation and colonization of lymphoid tissue associated with Porcine Circovirus Type 2 (PCV2), and as an aid in the prevention of disease caused by Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae.

Boehringer Ingelheim Vetmedica, Inc. research data demonstrate compatibility between Ingelvac CircoFLEX® and Ingelvac MycoFLEX®, offering convenient control of mycoplasma and circovirus in a single injection.

The ImpranFLEX® adjuvant utilized in FLEXcombo® allows rapid onset of immunity.

The onset of protection against Porcine Circovirus Type 2 is 2 weeks post- vaccination, and the duration of immunity is at least 4 months. The duration of immunity against M. hyopneumoniae is at least 26 weeks.

Low risk of adverse reactions

SPECIFICAITONS

Store at 35 - 46°F (2 - 8°C). Do not freeze.

Use entire contents when first opened.

Do not vaccinate within 21 days before slaughter.

Do not mix with other products, except as specified on the label.

In case of anaphylactoid reaction, administer epinephrine. This product has not been tested in pregnant animals. In case of human exposure, contact a physician.

INSTRUCTIONS

Shake each bottle before use. Aseptically mix the full contents of both bottles as per the mixing instruction diagram. Shake well.

Inject a single 2 mL dose intramuscularly.

Semi- annual revaccination with Ingelvac MycoFLEX is recommended for breeding swine.
