Product Details

A modified live vaccine for use in healthy cattle, including pregnant cows if vaccinated pre-breeding according to label. Express 5-HS aids in prevention of respiratory disease caused by infectious bovine rhinotracheitis (IBR), bovine virus diarrhea (BVD Types 1 and 2), parainfluenza respiratory syncytial virus (BRSV). It’s also used as an aid in prevention of Haemophilus somnus.

Provides a strong immune response to IBR and BVD Types 1 and 2 to reduce abortion and prevent fetal infection.

SPECIFICATIONS

May be used in pregnant females or calves nursing pregnant females, provided the females were vaccinated pre-breeding according to label directions with any Express® FP vaccine.

21 day slaughter-withhold.

Store out of direct sunlight at 35 to 45 °F (2 to 7 °C). Avoid freezing.

Use entire contents when first opened.

INSTRUCTIONS

Shake the accompanying bottle of bacterin diluent; rehydrate the modified live virus vaccine by aseptically adding the diluent to the vaccine vial. Shake the rehydrated vaccine and use immediately. Administer a single dose of 2 ml subcutaneously to healthy cattle booster in 14 to 28 days. Revaccinate with 2 ml annually. Calves vaccinated less than 6 months of age should be revaccinated at 6 months. Do not use in pregnant cows or calves nursing pregnant cows unless the females were vaccinated pre-breeding according to label directions with any Express® FP vaccine.
